1. SELECT CLINIC TIER & PAYMENT OPTION
In all instances, if your child requires movement from one group to another... we will speak with the parents and we will then adjust your payment accordingly.

TIER I		TIER II
Recommended for Mite through Pee Wee aged players. If your goaltender is an advanced Pee Wee who you believe is ready for an advanced training program that is far more challenging... both physically and mentally; contact us for guidance in group placement.		Recommended for Bantam and up. This training is more demanding on all levels. If your goaltender is just starting out and falls into this age group... you may want to consider placement into the Tier I group.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds/cancellations requested 30 Days prior to scheduled clinic date will be returned in full within 30 days of the receipt of request.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED CLINIC DATE WILL BE OFFERED AN ALTERNATE CLINIC. THERE IS NO REFUND FOR REQUESTS RECEIVED LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO REGISTERED CLINIC DATE.*

No shows will not receive a refund or alternate clinic.

* In cases of family emergencies, we offer our students/parents the option to attend another scheduled clinic in lieu of refunds or cancellations if the reason is because of family emergency or player injury Certifed documentation may be required.

Request Received 30 + Days = Full $ Amount or ALTERNATE CLINIC
Request Received 29 - Days = ALTERNATE CLINIC
No Shows = NO REFUND, NO ALTERNATE CLINIC
